The LWML invites you to take a Mite Box from the table in the narthex and bring it back at your convenience. The third Sunday of each month will be designated as Mite Box Sunday. Due to the number of grants, the month of February is emphasizing two grants: Reaching the Homebound with God’s Word—Lutheran Ministries Media, Inc. Worship Anew $100,000 and Missionaries to America Project– Mission Nation Publishing, $88,000.

We will follow with a luncheon and time for fellowship! We have invited ladies from local congregations to join us. Please call LaRae or sign up on the sheet on the kiosk.
Each week the organizer(s) would review the sanctuary pews for attendance cards, pencils, hymnals arrangement and trash pickup. The goal is a tidy and comfortable worship experience. Please contact Russ Hansen, Director of Stewardship, for details.
Preschool Fundraiser Friday, January 27th at 6:00 p.m. FREE movie showing of SuperPets. All are welcome to come! $1.00 concession items and a SUPER raffle basket to be given that night. See all the basket goodies on the table in the preschool room hallway by the water fountain. Raffle tickets are $5 for 1 ticket or $10 for 3 tickets. Use the wooden box on the same table to place purchased tickets and payment.
NEW for your Saturday morning routine. Enjoy fellowship with your congregation over coffee and reading the Lutheran Confessions. This will be held every other Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. and should last about an hour. Friends and family are welcome to join!
A Mount Olive Church member generously gave NEW Large Print Hymnals to the church. If you need help finding one, ask any of the Ushers before service.
For those who want to help our shut-ins, use the yarn by the fellowship doors to make scarves, lap robes, or shawls of any size! If you need help or have questions, ask Carolyn Crouch.
The 5th-8th grade students are putting on a breakfast fundraiser for their school. Please join them Monday, Dec. 12th from 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. for coffee, orange juice, and of course Monkey Bread!
$3.00 per adult and $2.00 per child
Please come join us for a Chili and Soup Cook-Off on December 18th after the Christmas program. Come and bring your favorite chili or soup and some Christmas cookies. We will have cornbread provided. Come enjoy fellowship and fun.
